No. Every puzzle has exactly one solution and can be solved by logic alone. We check this by computer for every grid before it goes to print.
If you are new to sudoku, start with Set 102 (warm-up and easy). When easy puzzles feel smooth, move on to Set 100, then Set 101. Experienced solvers will find every level in Set 200.
The grids are 10–11 cm (about 4 in) across and the digits are 17–19 pt — clearly bigger than a typical newspaper sudoku. There are only two grids per page, leaving room for pencil notes.
